Leti didnt come to play today....Day 5 Done! Im doing the beginning Course and Total Body 21 #1! I was able to do Burpees today!! Yay! About to go start my 5mile run!

Ok people, I FEEL SUPER DEFEATED! I had NO clue just how out of shape I've let myself get! I just started with workout #1, but I only made it through 6 minutes before i died. Yes, I'm dead. I'm headed to work now, no time to regroup, but I want to try again tonight. I think I need a body double to do this for me!
Amanda Johnson: Lol!!!yes mama i felt the same way when i began but then i thought about defeating what has defeated me for so long. Its time to take back control do your best don't give up if you have to take breaks until you get the hang of it take breaks in between. you already paid that means you committed to this so take deep breaths drink plenty of water and take you time but try your best to get it done you will thank your self for it i am on my third week now and it was a struggle trust but im seeing and feeling changes and im so grateful that i pushed to im encouraging you to push!!!!!!

mama.coko life: Wow, thank soooo much! The girl-team encouragement means SO much! Tried again last night. Only made it about 8 minutes, but that's ok! I'm going to try again today. ANY minutes is a WAY better start than what I was doing before-NOTHING! It may take me a week, but I'm going to keep at it til I can start completing these work outs!
