This is perfect for this cold wet weather. Healthy Chili Recipe

Ingredients:
* Ground turkey
* Salt and black pepper to taste
* Onion
* Bell pepper
* Garlic
* Diced tomatoes (I used diced tomatoes and green chilies)
* Tomato sauce
* Chili powder
* Sweet potatoes
* Chicken or vegetable broth

1. Heat a large pot over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned and no longer pink, about 10 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
2. Add onions, peppers, and garlic, sauté for about 3 more minutes. Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder, sweet potatoes and broth; mix until well combined.
3. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 20 – 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove pot from the heat. Let the chili rest for 5 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro if using.
4. Serve with low fat shredded cheddar, low fat sour cream, and Avocado if desired.
