Just completed day 1 Total Body 21 Round 1!!! Those mountain climbers were killing me! I have sweat on my neck , back and face. Im definitely feeling the burn. Some of the exercises were kinda difficult to do because of my weight but I still kept my body moving. I paused the video sometimes so I can really get the hang of the it. I don’t want to rush through the workout I really want to do it correctly! I think I did good today! :) my hair looks crazy right now but you see my face? It was sweating bad earlier but right now I’m cooling down.
