It’s not the working out that’s the problem it’s the eating healthy part & especially when I’m craving sweets. It’s my daily struggle any advice that help y’all stay on track.

: I started with intermittent fasting and upping my water to a gallon a day, then tracking my sodium and sugar intake as well as minimizing my portions.
